Steam Combi Recipe: Steamed Fish Bites

These are very easy to make and are a great slightly different addition to a grazing board  with a dipping sauce to accompany them or add them to some consommé with steamed julienned vegetables for a great soup dish with or without noodles.
Any fish will work with this recipe, you could use salmon instead of white fish.

METHOD

  1. Blitz all together  in a food processor, except breadcrumbs and lime juice .
  2. Add breadcrumbs and lime juice and stir together.
  3. Roll into 12 balls
  4. Place on baking paper lined perforated tray with solid tray on level underneath
  5. Steam 100C for 12 minutes.

Makes 12 balls

250gm white fish
3T coriander leaves
½ spring onion
½ chilli or 1t minced chilli
1 knob ginger or 1t minced ginger
1 clove garlic or 1/2t garlic
¼ c breadcrumbs
3T lime juice
