
These are very easy to make and are a great slightly different addition to a grazing board with a dipping sauce to accompany them or add them to some consommé with steamed julienned vegetables for a great soup dish with or without noodles.
Any fish will work with this recipe, you could use salmon instead of white fish.
METHOD
- Blitz all together in a food processor, except breadcrumbs and lime juice .
- Add breadcrumbs and lime juice and stir together.
- Roll into 12 balls
- Place on baking paper lined perforated tray with solid tray on level underneath
- Steam 100C for 12 minutes.

½ spring onion
½ chilli or 1t minced chilli
1 knob ginger or 1t minced ginger
