
Vegetables such as Carrots, Beetroot and Parsnips really benefit from roasting with added steam.
They are deliciously caramelised but retain their moisture and dont end up hard and fibrous
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and toss carrots in mixture
- Set oven to Circulaire/Hot Air + Steam 50% Humidity (Steam Combi level 2 in Asko) 180c
- Place carrots on solid tray
- Cook 25 minutes or till tender.

2T rubbed thyme
Pinch white pepper
