
These crackers are gluten free, sugar free and vegan and delicious with dips and hummus. Other preferred types of seeds can be substituted.
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. M
- Mix together with 1 1/2 c tepid warm water until evenly combined.
- Set aside for 20 minutes to allow to thicken.
- Spread out as thinly as possible over a sheet of baking paper on 2 separate oven trays.
- Bake both trays on circulaire function – fan forced/hot air at 170 C for approx. an hour or until crisp but not too brown.
- If you are unable to spread the mixture thinly enough it may be necessary to turn over half way during cooking.
- Remove from oven , cool and break into smaller pieces.
- Keep in an airtight container.

1T fennel seeds
1 t salt
½ c black chia seeds
