A brand-new generation of Smeg ovens have arrived at Kitchen Things. They all utilise Smeg’s new Galileo Multi-cooking Technology with a completely redesigned oven cavity and most feature exciting new functions such as barbecue, airfry, and stone cooking in conjunction with great new accessories which can give you restaurant cooking results at home.
OMNICHEF
is the flagship model and can combine traditional heat, steam, and microwave cooking for ultimate 7-in-1 versatility. This can allow the home cook to save considerable time in the kitchen while producing restaurant quality meals. The addition of features such as sous vide, Delta T cooking and in oven BBQ means perfect meat cooking is a breeze. With numerous inbuilt professional algorithms, a meal can be produced with just the press of a button, or for the advanced cook, up to 3 stages of cooking functions encompassing the user’s choice of microwave, steam, and traditional oven sequentially can be programmed to occur sequentially and then saved for later use as well.
STEAMGENERATION
models combine traditional heat and steam cooking to that allows you to lock in flavour with the added benefits of steam cooking, for tastier and healthier results. Within this category are STEAMONE, STEAM100 and STEAM100PRO ovens.
STEAMONE offers steam pulses of up to 40% humidity and a manual water filling system.
STEAM100 offers steam only and steam combination cooking at up to 100% humidity and a manual water filling system.
STEAM100PRO offers steam only and steam combination cooking up to 100% humidity, professional algorithms and an automatic water loading system.
SPEEDWAVE
models combine traditional and microwave cooking for the best of both worlds – the even browning of traditional convection cooking with the benefit of added speed and convenience of a microwave, saving up to 40% on cooking time - never compromising on quality and with an oven cooked result. SPEEDWAVE models are 45cm and they are available from August 2023.
In addition, these ovens have access to the new BBQ, Airfry and Stone Pizza functions, professional algorithms, and staged function cooking.
Smeg’s new Ovens with Galileo technology are available in Dolce Stil Novo, Linea and Classic design aesthetics.
