METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 190c top and bottom heat function with low percentage steam if available
- Cut the pastry into 1cm or thinner strips
- Wrap each saugage with pastry and then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry has browned
- Use a small dab of mustard to attach eyes or pieces of cheese cut to form eyes.
- Serve with sauce
