
These are very easy to make in a food processor. I often make double the quantity and freeze logs so I have them available at short notice. They are very morish though so dont be surprised if they disappear faster than you can make them
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to food processor bowl and blitz until the dough comes together as a ball. This can take longer than expected.
- Roll dough into a log ( if you wish to simply slice up crakers from the log or a disc if you wish to roll out and cut with cutters )and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Either roll out dough to 4mm thick and cut into desired shapes or slice log into 4mm slices ( rotating log a quarter turn each slice to avoid flattening log)
- Bake on several trays using a fan forced function at 160 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from tray and leave to cool. They will crisp up as they cool.

½ t mustard powder
½ t paprika
