
Cooking this dish low and slow with lots of added steam results in the most tender and succulent pulled pork that can be used in so many ways.
METHOD
- Rub spices into pork
- Place Pork into a deep sided oven dish
- Add chipotle sauce, chicken stock and liquid smoke
- Set oven to 110C medium steam or 50-60%
- Cook for 2 hours, then turn meat in dish
- Cook for a further 2-3 hours until meat is falling off the bone
- Toss pork in some of the residual juices and your favourite barbeque sauce

1T Smoked Paprika
2t Ground Cumin
1t chilli flakes
3T Morrocan Spice Blend
1 small can chipotle sauce
1 c chicken stock
3 T liquid Smoke
