We are a family run and owned New Zealand business. As the health and safety of your family, and ours, is paramount, we ask for your cooperation to assist in the safe and successful delivery to your door. In general we have strong stock holdings. We will have no problem fulfilling your orders (where we have stock), answering your questions, or providing advice, no matter where you are in the country. We are able to complete purchases over the phone, via e-mail, and through our website, with contactless delivery available to protect both you and us.

All our Stores across the country are now open & operating according to their normal business hours. Whilst adhering to strict alert level 2 guidelines, We ask that all customers respect social distancing and welcome you to wear a mask when visiting our store.

Deliveries will continue to take place, practicing social distancing, and we expect no major disruption.

If you are unwell, please only contact us over the phone, email or through our website rather than visiting our stores.

12.08.20 Update

Update to Auckland

Our Auckland stores will be physically closed until further notice under alert level 3 restrictions, however we are still willing and able to complete purchases over the phone, e-mail and through our website.

Our team will be available to advise on any questions you may have, and it is important to us that our superior service remains the same during this time, so we will be doing our best to look after you.

Contactless delivery is available as well as contactless pick up options at local stores.

Stores across the country, outside of Auckland, will remain open whilst adhering to strict alert level 2 guidelines. We ask that all customers respect social distancing and welcome you to wear a mask when visiting our store.

While our stores will remain closed until the Level 3 lockdown is lifted, we can now arrange safe, contactless delivery, or arrange a click and collect option, of any appliance you wish to purchase.

While our stores will remain closed until the Level 4 lockdown is lifted, we now have approval from the Government to assist you with the supply of essential goods. We can arrange your purchase along with safe, contactless delivery, of your essential appliance.
