As the Covid-19 threat re-emerges in our community, Kitchen Things would like to reassure New Zealand that the safety of our team and our customers is our highest priority.
Outlined below you will find our updated services and procedures, based on what we understand we can offer today.
During Alert-Level 3, our stores are closed for general store visits. Our team is working within the stores ready to help you with your appliance needs. We can offer safe collection from our nationwide stores. If your delivery or installation booking has been affected by the current Alert Level change our customer care team will contact, or you can call call 0800 002 120.
All stores in Alert-Level 2 regions are now open. Our team are following the new Delta Level 2 protocols in order to keep you and our team safe. If visiting our store, we ask customers to ensure they abide by these protocols: Maintain 2m distance from our team and other customers, wear a face covering (unless you have an exemption card, in which case we would be happy to arrange an online consultation) and lastly scan the QR code or manual Covid Tracing register upon entry to our store.

As the health and safety of both our family and yours is paramount, we ask for your patience as we process your order, and your cooperation to assist in the safe and successful delivery to your door. We have been securing extra stock holdings during the last year. Across our brands and categories, we have good stock availability in the main. We have a team on hand to fulfil your orders (where we and our suppliers have stock), answer your questions, or provide advice, no matter where you are in the country.
