How to use your Neff Oven

Neff is made simple but powerful, here's an introduction to the steam function on the Neff Full Steam Oven.

Core temperature probe with three measuring points

When you're organizing a dinner, you don't want to worry about that beautiful roast or tasty fish in the oven, and it is nice if your oven keeps the dish itself under control. Insert the core temperature probe into the thickest part and set an oven function, temperature and core temperature. With three measuring points, the meter is self-correcting, so that the correct temperature is always measured. Drying out is a thing of the past and the end result is perfectly cooked on the table.

NEFFLight®

Do you like to see everything that happens in your oven? Then NeffLight® is for you: special LED prisms in the oven door illuminate every place at every oven level. And never shine in your eyes. Even from outside the oven you have a good view of your roulade, the lasagna or the brownies you are baking. The lighting works in such a way that there is never a shadow in the way. Keep a close eye on all your dishes from now on.

Slide & Hide®

With Slide & Hide® your oven door fits under the oven; you can open the door with one hand and simply let it disappear. That means more convenience, more freedom and yet just as much space for your dishes. It is no longer necessary to adopt uncomfortable postures: you can always go well with your dishes if you want to taste something, baste it or want extra seasoning. Are you ready? Then you can easily close the door again with the comfortable turning handle.

Sous-vide

Sous-vide creates textures that cannot be obtained with any other cooking method. Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and even desserts with fruit can be prepared sous-vide in your steam oven at a constant, low temperature. Juices and aromas are preserved; they do not evaporate like when cooking or baking. Because products cook in a vacuum bag in their own moisture, they do not lose any of their original volume.

EcoClean with BaseClean

Not sure whether you should grill that chicken? Because you don't feel like cleaning the oven afterwards? Don't: With Eco Clean you will lose much less time cleaning after using the oven. A special coating of ultra-fine ceramic particles has been applied to the oven walls. Fat splashes that come into contact with this break down by themselves through oxidation. The coating then repairs itself every time the oven is heated. BaseClean also ensures a clean oven floor.
