Kitchen Things (Promoter) WOOP Free Dinners on Us Promotion - Terms and Conditions & Eligibility

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion commences at 9.00am on 1st of August 2020 – and concludes 31st August 2020.

Promotion is open to retail customers only and excludes commercial sales.

Customers who reach the eligibility criteria are able to claim one of the available gifts but cannot claim multiple gifts from this promotion. This promotion can be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Eligible claims can be made from the point of a 30% deposit minimum. Full payment is preferred.

Please ensure you have provided the correct email address at time of purchase to receive your unique voucher code.

Once your order has been confirmed by our team, you will receive your voucher code after the promotional period via email September 30th 2020. Exact instructions will be included in the email with your voucher code and must be redeemed from the WOOP website.

WOOP voucher codes are valid for 6 months after the date of your Voucher code email

WOOP BONUS GIFTS

WOOP Bonus Gift: To be eligible to claim the Bonus Gift, eligible claimants must purchase at least 3 products which includes at least 1 large major domestic appliance within the specified spend ranges, as per below:

➲ Spend $5,000 - $9,999 and receive 1 Week of WOOP ‘Foodie Box’ for 4 adults and 3 dinners

➲ Spend $10,000 - $14,999 and receive 2 Weeks of WOOP ‘Foodie Box’ for 4 adults and 3 dinners

➲ Spend $15,000 - $19,999 and receive 3 Weeks of WOOP ‘Foodie Box’ for 4 adults and 3 dinners

➲ Spend $20,000 or more and receive 4 Weeks of WOOP ‘Foodie Box’ for 4 adults and 3 dinners.

A major large appliance includes: Ovens, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Dishwashers, Refrigeration, Washing Machines and Dryers.

Bonus Gifts are not available at the time of purchase. Bonus Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Bonus Gift is for a certain number of weeks of the “WOOP” “Foodie Box” package (as set out in the table above), comprising ingredients for meals for 4 adults for 3 nights for each of those weeks.

WOOP is not available in all areas. WOOP is available in these locations:

Claims are only open to New Zealand residents. Claimants under 18 years old must have a parent's/guardian's permission to make a claim. The Promoter may require the parent or guardian to sign these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Purchases made by or on behalf of a business, or other organisation, will be ineligible.

The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim from any claimant, the relevant Bonus Gift or costs associated with this gift; if the initially purchased product is returned or cancelled after the claim has been processed and fulfilled. This clause does not limit or affect the claimant’s rights with regards to warranties on the Participating Product either from the manufacturer or implied by legislation. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Bonus Gifts listed. If any of the Bonus Gifts are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Bonus Gift for another item of an equivalent value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the nature or quality of the Bonus Gift or its suitability for the Claimant, or for any failure by WOOP Limited to fulfil its obligations in relation to the Bonus Gift.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim, original purchase documentation or relevant Bonus Gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the relevant Bonus Gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the relevant Bonus Gift.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. These Terms and Conditions must be read subject to those statutory provisions and will not affect any statutory rights that a claimant may have in relation to the return of a product or relevant Bonus Gift.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Validity of a claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant.
