COVID 19 Lockdown Delivery Services
While our stores will remain closed until the Level 3 lockdown is lifted, we can arrange your purchase along with either a e a safe, contactless click and collect option or delivery, of your new appliances.
During this period limited Installation services are available for some items. We have access to installers for the majority of areas, either via our delivery service or offered by a qualified third party. Once your order is complete please call us to discuss options available in your area.
We are offering Free Metro Delivery over this period as well as Free Delivery for all Small Appliance purchases nationwide.

Due to some restrictions on inter island freight, orders may take longer than normal to be delivered if you live outside of Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

Our Delivery Services
NEFF offer free delivery within New Zealand however delivery charges may apply to non-standard deliveries, for more information visit www.neff.co.nz/conditions-of-sale or contact your local Kitchen Things store for information about non-standard delivery fees.
Miele will distribute the product/s to any location within New Zealand as specified in the order confirmation. A delivery charge of $12 will apply to any Miele Online Shop order under $95.
Online orders over $95 for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch will be despatched free of charge. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery, add 2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.
A $65 delivery fee will apply to all non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders and these deliveries will be a door to door, street level service.
Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period.
Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details. Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.
