All out of Auckland stores are now open. Our team is following updated protocol to both you and us safe. In-store we ask for customers to look after our staff by: keeping 2m apart from our team and other customers, wear a face covering inside and scan in at the door before entering. Our delivery team will continue to use updated protocol to keep both you and us safe.
- Our delivery team is taking all steps necessary to provide a safe delivery process:
- Wearing PPE Gear
- Regular sanitising and hand washing
- Contact tracing
- Maintaining a 2-metre distance between the customer and delivery team

Miele will distribute the product/s to any location within New Zealand as specified in the order confirmation. A delivery charge of $12 will apply to any Miele Online Shop order under $95.
Online orders over $95 for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch will be despatched free of charge. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery, add 2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.
A $65 delivery fee will apply to all non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders and these deliveries will be a door to door, street level service.
Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period.
Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details. Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.
