Due to international stock pressure orders may take longer than normal to be delivered. In order to ensure you have the most up-to-date information at hand when making your purchase decision we have updated our availability messaging per product, the descriptions are as follows:
 
Available to buy - These items are available from our supplier. Once an order is placed we will confirm the ETA. Given the current demand and your physical location this may be additional to the 3-5 business days we typically expect.
Stock Readily Available - These items are physically in stock at our warehouses and will be dispatched once an order has been received
Back order - These items are still available for purchase and you will be allocated an item from the next shipment. Where possible we have included the ETA date. If you are concerned or wish to seek greater detail please contact our sales team or chat with us now
Pre-Order - These items are available for purchase from the first shipment, where possible we have included the ETA date. If you are concerned or wish to seek greater detail please contact our sales team or chat with us now

Rural delivery does not include connection or installation options
 
 
Delivery Conditions
Kitchen Things deliver to metro and rural areas in the North and South Island excluding Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands, and Stewart Island. For any other locations, please contact us at contactus@kitchenthings.co.nz
 
There must be clear access to get the product into its installation location. Stairs, narrow doorways, hallways location of other furniture should be noted.
 
On the morning of your delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery agents.
 
If you are unsure whether your delivery address is metro or rural, you estimate your order delivery cost by entering your post code on the My Cart page.
 
Delivery price is confirmed prior to payment.
 
*Installation of any appliance does not include the supply and/or installation of semi or fully integrated cabinetry.
 
Connection
Connection of appliances is available using our Metro Kitchen and Laundry delivery services. Currently, Installation is only available in metro areas.

Order Confirmation
When you have completed your online purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation outlining your order. You can expect a call from our customer services team to discuss your order and confirm any required details for delivery.
 
To keep you informed about the delivery process, you will also receive an invoice when your order has reached our warehouse.
 
Frequently Asked Questions
 
 
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once the appliance arrives at our distribution centre, you will receive a call from the delivery team, store or 3rd party logistics to arrange a convenient time/date to deliver.
 
What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
The appliance/s will be returned to our distribution centre and you will be called to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges may be incurred.
 
What should I do if my delivery information changes?
Call the store or delivery team to make the required changes.
 
Can I collect my order from my nearest store?
Yes, but if the items are large, it is recommended that you collect from one of our distribution centres or arrange delivery.
 
If I buy two items will I be charged delivery twice?
Not if the items are delivered at the same time. Split/separate deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge.
 
What if I have questions regarding my delivery?
Call your nearest store and select the option for deliveries and one of our team will be happy to assist.

NEFF Delivery

NEFF offer free delivery within New Zealand however delivery charges may apply to non-standard deliveries, for more information visit www.neff.co.nz/conditions-of-sale or contact your local Kitchen Things store for information about non-standard delivery fees.

 

 

Miele Delivery

Miele will distribute the product/s to any location within New Zealand as specified in the order confirmation. A delivery charge of $12 will apply to any Miele Online Shop order under $95.

 

Online orders over $95 for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch will be despatched free of charge. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery, add 2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.

 

A $65 delivery fee will apply to all non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders and these deliveries will be a door to door, street level service.

 

Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period.

 

Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details. Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.

 

Gaggenau Delivery

Gaggenau offer free delivery within New Zealand however delivery charges may apply to non-standard deliveries, for more information visit www2.bsh-connect.com/nz/sales-terms-and-conditions or contact your local Kitchen Things store for information about non-standard delivery fees.
