Can I colour match?
Yes, we encourage colour matching as a way to have a seamless experience in your home
Please discuss with your kitchen designer or do research into the closest Resene colour
Please note that your panels are powder coated on a metal product so expect a very fine discrepancy vs a wooden or synthetic product
What is the process for painting?
We powder coat over the top of existing Cotta type panels which is metal in its construction
Samsung worked with the Resene technical team for the best approach
We apply one layer of primer combined with 2 layers of Resene finishing coats
Can I choose a different finishes?
All panels are powder coated and have the option of Matte or Satin (10% gloss)
Where are the panels painted?
All panels are custom painted in Auckland, NZ with our affiliated paint house
How do I clean the painted surface?
We recommend to clean with a warm soapy cloth and wipe all residue off with a microfiber cloth
Do NOT use any abrasive cleaners such as JIF or citrus / chemical based cleaners
Does this impact my appliances warranty?
These custom panels do not impact your appliance warranty
I’ve got previous painted panels already however my aesthetics have changed, can I get my panels repainted? Or do I have to buy new panels?
The panels are priced in such a way that it would be more efficient to purchase new panels, talk to us for more details.
What is the lead time made up of?
From checkout we dispatch your selected panels to our affiliated painter and painting process begins
Full process including quality control can take up to 4 weeks
Once completed, panels are packaged up and dispatched around the country
