The SIM1964DG is a 90 cm induction hob from Smeg’s Linea Aesthetic product family. It has a Neptune Grey colour and can be built-in as an ultra-low profile or fully flushed. The fully screen-printed surface of the hob not only gives it an elegant satin finish but also makes it scratch-resistant. The screen-printing guarantees a highly resistant finish because it creates a coating that hardens the glass, reducing the likelihood of scratches and abrasions. The backlit Evo Slider controls contribute to an elegant and minimalist appearance of the hob surface, lighting up only during use. With the Multizone option, two adjacent cooking zones can be used as a single surface, so that even larger ingredients can be cooked perfectly evenly. The cooking experience is also enhanced by the Grill function, which, through the use of GRILLPLATE, the knurled grill, and TPKPLATE, the smooth grill, allows you to grill meat, fish and vegetables to perfection on a non-stick surface.
