While the other side of the world is heading into Spring for Easter weekend, we are on the way to Autumn here in New Zealand. Thats no reason not to pull out the picnic gear and head to your favorite hideaway or beach!

They would break their fasting period with fish on Good Friday, followed by Spring Lamb on Easter Sunday. Finish with one of our delicious cakes or easter treats, make the Pavlova Roulade in advance and freeze . Take a container of the last of the summer berries or summer fruit salad, roulade will slowly defrost enroute!
