
This is a quick and simple flatbread made with just a few ingredients that you can have mixed and baked in less than 20 minutes.
No one will believe this isn’t a yeast based recipe and that it only takes a couple of minutes to mix.
METHOD
- Preheat oven Bottom + Fan function 210 C with steam if your oven has the ability.
- In bowl mix yoghurt and salt and enough flour to make a very soft but not sticky dough.
- Form into ball and knead briefly till smooth.
- Roll out dough to 6 or 7 mm and into desired shape and drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with more salt. Or alternatively top with your desired toppings.
- Bake in lower half of oven for approx 20 minutes.

1 ½ to 1 ¾ c self raising flour + more for kneading and rolling

Olive oil
If desired add toppings of your choice ie Ricotta Cheese, sliced cherry tomato, pesto, mozzarella, parmesan, prosciutto etc
