Spooky Monster Mummy Sausages

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 190c top and bottom heat function with low percentage steam if available
  2. Cut the pastry into 1cm or thinner strips
  3. Wrap each saugage with pastry and then brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry has browned
  5. Use a small dab of mustard to attach eyes or pieces of cheese cut to form eyes.
  6. Serve with sauce
