Introducing our mouthwatering fruit cobbler recipe - a delightful dessert perfect for utilizing excess summer fruit, whether raw or cooked, and easily prepared using your Smeg processor; simply assemble the dry ingredients, pulse with butter, vanilla, yolk, and milk until sticky and thick, then dollop over fruit and bake for 40 minutes until bubbling and golden - serve with cream or vanilla ice cream for an irresistible summer indulgence!

METHOD
- Pre heati oven to 180c hot air and 50% steam
- Place prepared fruit in oven proof dish
- Assemble your Smeg processor and add all the dry ingredients.
- Pulse to combine dry ingredients
- Add butter and pulse until coarse crumbs appear.
- Add vanilla, yolk and milk, pulse till just combined, mix will be sticky and thick.
- Place dollops of mixture on top of fruit,
- Place in pre heated oven and bake for 40mins until pudding is bubbling and cooked through.
- Leave to rest for 15 minutes or cool to room temperature, serve with cream and or vanilla ice cream.

2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup castor sugar
80 gm butter
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup buttermilk, milk or yoghurt
