A host of innovations have made the combi-steam oven ever more desirable. Automatic programmes offer culinary assistance that is entirely adjustable by the chef via the intuitive TFT controls. The 3-point core temperature sensor is accurate to a degree and revises the cooking times as the dish is cooking. Water tanks have been enlarged, made more accessible and alert the chef when they require attention.

The 200 series offers a choice of fixed water connection with automatic cleaning system or easy-access, large water tanks. An enlarged, beautifully-lit cavity with a full surface grill under glass, chef assistance and adjustable automatic programs with four humidity levels.
